Transitional Housing

Serving the Greater Green Bay area

Transitional Housing is a comprehensive program designed to help families with children experiencing

homelessness transition to a life of hope, stability, and self-sufficiency.

EPH owns and manages twenty-one family sized homes within its transitional housing program and relies

on volunteers to help maintain the properties. The EPH team screens families who apply and places them into available housing. All families are matched with a case manager to work with them on goals related to self-sufficiency and support them on their journey through our program. Children are provided with a stable home while parents work to build a brighter future for their family.

Each new family is welcomed with a meal and pantry staples.
